Caring for your lovely blanket
Wool blankets:
The blankets are made from high quality, lovely soft wool which generates very little static electricity. Static attracts lint, dirt and dust so its anti-static properties keep it cleaner for longer.
To freshen up the blankets from time to time, hang them out on a windy day to air.
If you have a spill, blot it up quickly. The great thing about the way wool fibres are structured, any spills tend to stay on the surface for a while rather than being absorbed. This allows time for most spills to be blotted up easily.
If they need a bit more of a clean, take them to your local dry cleaners. If you put them in a machine wash, you risk shrinking them down and taking away their softness.
With a little care and attention, these blankets can last a very long time
