Terms & Conditions

We’ve set out our T&Cs to be as clear as possible.

All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of UK VAT, at the current rate. We will endeavour to display the correct prices at all times but occasionally errors do happen and we reserve the right to change this on our website accordingly.

We accept payment via PayPal. Please contact us if you wish to pay by cheque and we will issue you an invoice.

We aim to dispatch within 24 hours of payment being made. Orders can take 3-5 days using free standard delivery in the UK. Alternate and faster methods can be selected by you at time of checkout. Unfortunately, if there is loss or damage from a delay in delivery, we can’t accept liability. We therefore recommend you choose the posting option carefully at checkout if the item is of high importance or needed by a certain date. Our current postage and packaging prices are detailed on our website under Delivery & Returns. The customer is responsible for any customs or duty obligations (if any) if ordering from outside of the UK.

The customer has the right to cancel their order, unless the goods have already been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

If the goods are faulty, please let us know, return the items to us and we will reimburse you, or send replacement goods, depending on your preference.

If you simply change your mind and want to return your items, these can be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are received back unused and ‘as new’ in their original packaging, including your name and contact details. You will need to pay the return shipping and shipping is non-refundable.  Please notify us of your intent to return the item within 14 days, so we know it’s on its way.

Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the goods.  Please allow time for your credit card company or bank to post this into your account.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for returns that don’t reach us or get damaged on route.  Please obtain Proof of Purchase from the Post Office, just in case.
